  Once you are eligible you can setup and contribute up to 15% of your before-tax pay to your own 401(k) plan. McDonald's may also add a profit sharing match based on the profitability of the company.

  Once eligible you are entitled to paid vacation based on an average of hours worked. Salary managers are entitled to 2 weeks paid vacation and will increase up to 4 weeks
